Good quality MCT oil. It has lauric acid which has greatly increased my memory and helpsme concentrate more at my work. My work efficiency has improved a lot.

How Laurin MCT Oil Brain works?

MCT are short chain length of the fatty acids which are rapidly broken down and absorbed into the body. MCTs go straight to the liver and turned into ketones, which are substances produced when the liver breaks down large amounts of fat. Unlike regular fatty acids, ketones can cross from the blood to the brain. This provides an alternative energy source for the brain, which ordinarily uses glucose for fuel.

How it is different from MCT boost?

MCT brain consists of C8 (caprylic acid), C10 (capric acid) and most importantly C12 (lauric acid). Studies have been found that laurin acid helps in enhancing cognitive function of brain and improves memory and alertness.

Is MCT brain good for old age people?

As we age, the process of digesting LCT decreases, so the brain doesn’t get sufficient energy and nutrition to function. MCT oil is directly converted into ketones provides brain alternative fuel.

When is the best time to consume MCT oil?

It is best advised that MCT oil be consumed in the morning with or after meals.

What are the side effects of MCT?

There are no known major side effects reported in consuming MCT. It is recommended that new users start consuming MCT in a smaller dosage then gradually increase to two (2) tablespoons per day.
