Mr Pramit graduated with a University Merit Position in B.Sc. Electronics (Honors) from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University in 1993. He is a Gold Medalist from National Institute of Information Technology [NIIT] with an Advanced Diploma in Systems Management. He is a Silver Medalist from FORE School of Management with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Marketing & IT specialization). He started his career as a Management Analyst with National Informatics Centre (then under Planning Commission, Government of India) in 1996. In 1999, he got funded by an NRI investor for his first venture - WebPulse Consulting Ltd. which provided web strategies & solutions to its clients and created online platforms for B2C and B2B e-commerce. In 2002, Pramit founded Idea to Impact, a Digital Branding and Perception Management company. Idea to Impact has worked on various online strategies & solutions for Brand Building, Managing Perceptions, Customer Acquisition & Retention, Planning & Marketing on various Digital & Social Media, Search Engine Marketing etc. Idea to Impact has worked for clients such as, BreadTalk, IVI Fertility, Start Up India, British Council, Oracle, DSIIDC, GET Global Group, GuruQ, Nova Orthopedics, HealthCare at Home, etc. In 2008, Idea to Impact merged as the strategy wing of Creative Inc, then a 12-year-old print advertising studio. In the last decade, Creative Inc has become a 360° Branding Solutions company and serves the Integrated Marketing & Communication requirements across all communication media and modes for a diverse group of highly reputed clients.
